Responsibilities:
- Training other childcare trainees through a structured training program
- Helping the founder develop the NGO, amongst other administrative tasks.
- Responsible for the all round Development of 3 children in a family whilst being supported by a childcare trainee.
Requirements:
- Report writing skills
- Experience in dispensing the duty of care.
- Ability to train in Child Care Management and Aesthetics.
- Ability to mediate, manage a crisis, and supervise childcare trainees.
- Proficiency in either French or Yoruba
