We are seeking a smart, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a fashion executive in a fast-paced and creative environment. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate business activities, and ensure seamless daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
- Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and messages
- Assist in organizing fashion events, photoshoots, and client meetings
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal team members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Run occasional personal and official errands
- Maintain records and ensure proper documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant (fashion industry experience is an added advantage)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of discretion and confidentiality

Salary: NGN 150,000 – NGN 200,000 Monthly
