Job Summary

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative, logistical, and selected personal support to the Director, enabling smooth coordination of professional and personal commitments across time zones.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level

  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating travel that combines work and family
  • Managing key personal appointments in the shared calendar
  • Liaising with schools, insurers, or professional advisers
  • Organizing critical personal documentation and deadlines.


Requirements: 

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, ideally supporting a senior leader in a remote and/or international context.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing, priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with cultural awareness and a professional, diplomatic style.
  • High proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, online scheduling, and project management tools).
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential organisational and personal information. 
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑focused, comfortable working remotely and taking initiative without close supervision.
