Job summary

The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating high-level meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefs, and correspondence for executive use
  • Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions (including agenda preparation and minute-taking)
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
  • Support strategic initiatives by conducting research and assisting with project coordination
  • Liaise with senior management and department heads to ensure alignment on priorities
  • Organize corporate events, executive engagements, and stakeholder meetings
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and filing systems


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives
  • Strong understanding of executive-level operations and corporate environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
