Personal Assistant
Job summary
The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating high-level meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and events
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefs, and correspondence for executive use
- Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions (including agenda preparation and minute-taking)
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
- Track key deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
- Support strategic initiatives by conducting research and assisting with project coordination
- Liaise with senior management and department heads to ensure alignment on priorities
- Organize corporate events, executive engagements, and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain organized records, documents, and filing systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives
- Strong understanding of executive-level operations and corporate environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
