TSM House Agency is hiring a highly intelligent, fast-minded, and execution-driven Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This role goes beyond admin support. You will actively support operations, hiring coordination, staff onboarding, and internal training execution across multiple business units.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily execution flow.
- Track tasks, follow up with teams, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings; prepare summaries and action points.
- Handle official communication (email, WhatsApp, documents).
- Support hiring processes: job posting coordination, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support staff onboarding: documentation, tool access, process orientation.
- Assist in training coordination: scheduling sessions, tracking completion, documenting SOPs.
- Monitor staff performance reports and escalate issues to the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.
- Act as an execution bridge between the CEO and internal teams.
- Proactively identify gaps, delays, and operational risks.
