Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support a busy executive in Ikoyi. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth running of daily office and personal tasks.

Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Handle errands, personal tasks, and follow-ups as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and clients professionally.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND in any field.
  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Must reside in or have easy access to Ikoyi, VI, or surrounding areas.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000 per month.
