Personal Assistant
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support a busy executive in Ikoyi. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth running of daily office and personal tasks.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Handle errands, personal tasks, and follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and clients professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in any field.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must reside in or have easy access to Ikoyi, VI, or surrounding areas.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 per month.
