Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized filing system for records and documents (digital and physical).
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in managing personal tasks for the executive (e.g., errands, personal appointments).
- Track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-up on important issues.
- Support with event planning, logistics, and coordination when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
