Job Summary

A Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and personal support to executives, managers, or individuals. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for records and documents (digital and physical).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in managing personal tasks for the executive (e.g., errands, personal appointments).
  • Track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-up on important issues.
  • Support with event planning, logistics, and coordination when necessary.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
