Job summary
The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive, managing schedules, communications, confidential matters, and daily priorities to ensure efficient decision-making and smooth execution of business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and external engagements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1+ year of experience supporting senior management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must reside within or close to Ojodu Berger, Lagos
- A PA to an executive must be sharp and proactive.
