Job summary
We are looking for a goal driven individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. He/she is responsible for assisting the executives in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, booking of flights etc.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules and travel
- Handling correspondence like emails and calls.
- Organizing meetings, preparing reports, and presentations.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Requirements :
- Minimum of HND in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to be discreet
- Professionally is highly needed in carrying out duties
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc
- Organization skills
