Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO who will provide high-level executive and administrative support to ensure the CEO operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Executive’s home calendar, ensuring alignment with priorities, meetings, and key engagements.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the Executive, screening calls, emails, and requests, and prioritizing matters requiring attention.
- Coordinate all private stakeholder activities on behalf of the Executive to ensure the seamless running of the executive’s household and select business activities.
- Coordinate and manage the executive’s personal calendar ensuring ample time for ideation, recipe creation and any other relevant activity.
- Track the Executive’s key personal priorities and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Attend select meetings with or on behalf of the Executive, document decisions, and monitor action items.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business, financial, and personal information.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to minimise schedule conflicts as it pertains to travel arrangements, hosting engagements, and high-level appointments.
- Provide personal administrative support, including managing personal schedules, appointments, and time-sensitive matters.
- Anticipate the Executive’s needs by proactively organizing tasks, preparing materials in advance, and resolving issues to ensure seamless daily productivity.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and act independently.
- High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and virtual meeting platforms.
- Basic understanding of business operations and reporting.
- Ability to work with a cross section of stakeholders including blue and white collar workers.
- Knowledge of schedule coordination and expense tracking processes.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - NGN 500,000
