Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO who will provide high-level executive and administrative support to ensure the CEO operates efficiently and effectively.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Executive’s home calendar, ensuring alignment with  priorities, meetings, and key engagements.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the Executive, screening calls, emails, and requests, and prioritizing matters requiring attention.
  • Coordinate all private stakeholder activities on behalf of the Executive to ensure the seamless running of the executive’s household and select business activities. 
  • Coordinate and manage the executive’s personal calendar ensuring ample time for ideation, recipe creation and any other relevant activity.
  • Track the Executive’s key personal priorities and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
  • Attend select meetings with or on behalf of the Executive, document decisions, and monitor action items.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business, financial, and personal information.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to minimise schedule conflicts as it pertains to travel arrangements, hosting engagements, and high-level appointments.
  • Provide personal administrative support, including managing personal schedules, appointments, and time-sensitive matters.
  • Anticipate the Executive’s needs by proactively organizing tasks, preparing materials in advance, and resolving issues to ensure seamless daily productivity.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and act independently.
  • High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Basic understanding of business operations and reporting.
  • Ability to work with a cross section of stakeholders including blue and white collar workers.
  • Knowledge of  schedule coordination and expense tracking processes.



Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - NGN 500,000

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
