Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take accurate meeting minutes
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and official correspondence
- Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them promptly.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proximity to locations such as Shomolu, Bariga, Palmgroove, and their environs is compulsory.
