Job summary

We are seeking a People Operations Officer to own and strengthen our core HR operations. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations matters, and ensuring effective delivery of end-to-end People Operations processes. The ideal candidate is experienced in policy development, employee relations management, and HR process design, and is comfortable handling sensitive workplace matters while maintaining compliance and promoting a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with organizational goals and applicable labor laws.
  • Develop and implement structured People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with documentation and audit requirements.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify operational and compliance risks within People Operations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and team leads on people-related matters.
  • Coach managers on policy interpretation, workplace conduct, and people management best practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • 4 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or Employee Relations roles.
  • Proven experience designing HR policies and structured HR processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing employee relations cases and investigations.
