As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced People & Operations Manager to lead our people practices, strengthen internal operations, and help build a high-performing organisation.

The Role

The People & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing Human Resources, office administration, and day-to-day business operations. The successful candidate will help develop efficient systems, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure the organisation operates effectively as it continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Manage HR policies, staff records, leave, and performance processes.
Oversee office administration, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Develop and improve internal systems, policies, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
Support management in driving operational excellence and organisational growth.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, Operations, Administration, or Office Management.
Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern workplace productivity tools.

Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
