About the Role
The client is looking for a motivated People & Culture Intern who wants real exposure to how culture, hiring, and performance directly impact business outcomes.
This role starts with outreach and operations support, then gradually evolves into client-facing culture work. You’ll be trained to participate in and eventually facilitate culture discovery conversations with clients.
This is an ideal role for someone exploring a career in People Operations, HR, Talent, Organizational Development, or Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Pipeline Support (Early Phase)
- Identify and DM founders and companies on LinkedIn
- Track outreach activity and responses using a simple CRM
- Follow up with prospects and confirm scheduled calls
- Maintain clean records of conversations and outcomes
Culture & Client Support (Mid-Later Phase)
Receive structured training on:
- Culture alignment
- Employee engagement
- Performance and retention drivers
- Hiring and recruitment effectiveness
- Proprietary Culture Coefficient Methodology
- Support and later co-facilitate culture discovery sessions using our Culture Coefficient methodology
- Join client calls and internal debriefs to understand real-world culture challenges
- Assist with insights, summaries, recommendations, and implementation within organizations
What You’ll Learn

Who We’re Looking For
- Strong written communication skills (especially concise, professional messaging)
- Comfortable reaching out to people on LinkedIn
- Curious about people, culture, work dynamics, and organizations
- Organized and able to track conversations and follow-ups
- Coachable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Background or interest in HR, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or related fields is a plus (but not required)
Internship Details
Time Commitment: Flexible, part-time
Compensation: Unpaid. Will be reviewed by end of Q3 (March 2026)
