Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional pedicure and foot care services.
- Perform nail trimming, shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, and polishing.
- Provide foot spa and other appropriate foot care treatments.
- Assess customers’ foot and nail conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Apply nail polish and other appropriate nail care products professionally.
- Provide customers with basic aftercare advice.
- Keep up with current pedicure, nail care, and spa trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or relevant training in Pedicure, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pedicurist or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of pedicure, foot care, nail care, and basic spa treatments.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand coordination.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently and professionally.
- Must be neat, patient, hardworking, and customer-focused.
