Job summary
A Patient Relationship Executive (PRE) will act as the primary liaison between patients, families, and medical staff to ensure a seamless, empathetic, and high-quality care experience. They resolve complaints, manage patient feedback, and guide patients.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Greeting & Registration: Welcoming patients and updating demographic information.
- Scheduling: Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments, including coordinating with specialized staff.
- Check-in/Check-out: Verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, processing payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Service Coordination: Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow, timely investigations, and efficient discharge processes.
- Medical Records Management: Maintaining Electronic Medical Records (EMR), scanning documents, and preparing patient charts.
- Patient Care: Assisting with patient inquiries, providing information on procedures, and managing patient flow to ensure a quiet, calm environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Managing faxes, emails, and ensuring the lobby is clean.
Requirements;
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or customer service setting is preferred (typically 1-2 years).
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
