Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and breads
- Innovate and develop new dessert recipes and seasonal offerings
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet daily production targets
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a pastry or bakery role
- Vocational training or certification in pastry arts
- Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis of Lagos
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Working Hours
- 6 days a week, shift-based
- Flexibility required for weekends and holidays
