- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastry desserts.
- Follow and maintain standard recipes and portion control.

- Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and request supplies when needed.
- Store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and avoid waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Minimize wastage and control production costs.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND
