Job summary
We are seeking a talented and versatile pastry chef. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in creating a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, including croissants and cakes, as well as hands-on experience in preparing high-quality pizzas, shawarma, and continental dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present a range of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts.
- Craft authentic pizzas and shawarma using traditional and modern techniques.
- Cook and plate various continental dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pastry and hot kitchen stations.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
- Contribute to menu development, including seasonal pastries and international cuisine.
- Monitor inventory and order pastry and kitchen supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef with additional skills in pizza, shawarma, and continental cooking.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and international cuisine.
- Demonstrated creativity and meticulous attention to detail in food presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A culinary diploma or related certification is preferred.
