You will be responsible for developing recipes, ensuring quality and consistency, and managing the pastry station. This role requires creating, preparing, and presenting a variety of high-quality pastries with strong culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes and presentation standards
- Create new and innovative dessert menus and specials.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen.
- Train and supervise pastry kitchen staff
- Order ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Maintain high-quality presentation and plating standards.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
- OND academic qualification
- 2 years experience in a similar role
