Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic outbound sales plan: This includes identifying target markets, developing lead generation strategies, and setting clear sales goals for your team.
  • Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales team: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve their individual and team sales targets.
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to equip your team with the skills and knowledge to convert leads into enrollments successfully.
  • Prospect research and lead generation: Develop a comprehensive understanding of your target audience and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for your sales team.
  • Develop sales presentations and marketing materials: Craft compelling sales presentations and marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of Edge Line Careers' programs and resonate with your target audience.
  • Track and analyze sales performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure your sales efforts' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential clients: Build rapport with potential students, understand their career aspirations and exam goals, and present Edge Line Careers' programs as the ideal solution for their needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Work with potential students to address their concerns, answer their questions, and ultimately close the deal by securing their enrollment in a program.
  • Maintain a positive and results-oriented work environment: Motivate your team, celebrate successes, and foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
