Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day tasks include receiving and validating customer orders,
- Coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams
- Updating inventory and order status in internal systems
- Preparing documentation for dispatch and delivery.
- Monitoring stock levels, following up with suppliers, resolving order discrepancies, and responding to customer inquiries about order status.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to minimise delays, reduce errors, and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in a related field.
- A strong focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
