Job summary
We are seeking an experienced operations / business development officer to support the smooth running of our daily operations while driving business growth. This role combines process coordination, client management, and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and commercially minded.

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Coordinate internal processes, documentation, and reporting.
- Support management with operational planning and execution
- Monitor service delivery and ensure operational standards are met.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows and productivity.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
- Support contract negotiations and onboarding of new clients
- Track business performance and contribute to growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations, business development, or a related role
- Strong understanding of business operations and growth strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
