- Ensuring smooth coordination between Production, Sales, Dispatch, Store, and Customer Service
- Monitors timelines, updates departments, prevents delays, and ensures every cake/order moves efficiently through the workflow.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to follow up consistently without supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience in food/confectionery production is an advantage
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset
