Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Salary: ₦300,000 monthly

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00am – 7:00pm

Hair by TMS is a dreads and lifestyle beauty studio committed to delivering premium hair care, exceptional client experiences, and a vibrant community. We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon to ensure efficiency and excellent client service.
• Supervise and support staff to maintain high performance, professionalism, and adherence to standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, product usage, and coordinate with vendors for timely supply.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle client concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.
• Track sales, service performance, and operational KPIs, reporting directly to management.
• Implement and uphold operational procedures for quality and consistency.
• Support in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations, supervision, or management (experience in beauty, hospitality, or retail is an added advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting and scheduling.
• A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
