Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations — loading, transportation, installation, dismantling, and return of rental items.
- Ensure all deliveries, installations, and pickups are completed on schedule.
- Lead and coordinate Team Leads, Drivers, and Field Officers.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and enforce fleet safety standards.
- Carry out site inspections ahead of major installations.
- Monitor and reconcile rental inventory; report shortages or damages.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and PPE use.
- Maintain strong client relationships and resolve operational issues on-site.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or event execution is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time-sensitive deliveries.
Remuneration: NGN150,000+accomodation
