Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Management
- Oversee daily operations of short-let apartments
- Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs across platforms
- Serve as the first point of contact for guest enquiries, issues, and complaints
- Ensure guests comply with house rules and property standards
- Maintain a positive guest experience before, during, and after stays
Property Oversight & Maintenance
- Monitor property condition, inventory, and utilities
- Coordinate cleaners, laundry, and maintenance vendors
- Conduct routine checks to ensure apartments are guest-ready
- Report damages, losses, or maintenance issues promptly
Occupancy & Growth Support
- Support occupancy by managing availability and reducing downtime
- Build and maintain a guest and client list for repeat bookings
- Encourage referrals and repeat stays
- Support partnerships or initiatives that improve occupancy and revenue
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain basic operational records and reports
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Work closely with management to ensure operational targets are met
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in short-let, hospitality, or serviced apartment operations
- Experience using booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate cleaners and service providers effectively
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and physically present in Lagos
- Must reside around the Orchid - Ikota axis

Renumeration: NGN 100,000 - NGN 150,000 per month
