​Flowcode is a growing tech and training hub dedicated to delivering top-tier digital services and empowering the next generation of tech talent through intensive, practical training programs. We are expanding our footprint in the Eneka/Rukpokwu area and looking for a driver to lead our growth.

​The Role

​Are you a "hustler" with a heart for organization? We are looking for an Operations & Sales Lead to be the engine of our business. You will be responsible for two main things: closing high-value service contracts and driving student enrollment for our monthly training cohorts.

​What You’ll Do

​Sales Growth: Identify and close new business opportunities for Flowcode’s technical services.

​Student Enrollment: Lead the monthly recruitment drive to fill our training classes (Eneka/Rumuokoro/Eliozu axis).

​Client Success: Act as the bridge between our clients and the technical team to ensure projects are delivered perfectly.

​Operations: Streamline office workflows and manage the student lifecycle from inquiry to graduation.

​Requirements

​Location: Must reside within the Eneka, Rukpokwu, Rumuokoro, or Eliozu axis (Non-negotiable).

​Experience: 2+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations.

​Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills.

​Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and social media marketing.

​Education: B.Sc/HND in a relevant field.
