Operations & Programs Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Operations & Programs Officer to support the daily operations and programs of our organization. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience) looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, programs, and social impact work.             

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations & Programs Officer based in Lagos, with lots of work-from-home flexibility.

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization.
• Assist with planning and coordination of programs, trainings, and virtual events.
• Maintain simple trackers, schedules, contact lists, and documentation.
• Support meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
• Assist with basic partnership outreach and follow-up communications.
• Help manage and schedule social media posts and respond to inquiries.
• Support volunteer coordination and community engagement activities.
• Ensure assigned tasks and deadlines are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with team members, stakeholders, and partners
• Proficient in operations management, with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute projects or programs
• 0–2 years experience or strong internship/volunteer experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for professional use.
• Willingness to learn, take instructions, and grow in an early-stage organization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle information responsibly.

Qualifications

• Monthly Salary(Gross) : 80,000 - 100,000 NGN (Please Note that the offer is within this range)
