The Head of Operations optimizes daily business functions across all departments and branches. This role is critical for driving operational excellence, managing resources, and fostering a high-performance culture to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Operations: Develop and execute strategic plans, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and monitor departmental workflows to boost efficiency.
- Resource Management: Oversee human and financial resources, mitigate operational bottlenecks, and coordinate with inventory and finance for 100% stock accuracy.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high service quality, ensure timely product delivery, and implement strategies to increase outlet foot traffic.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional collaboration (HR, Sales, Logistics, etc.) and conduct weekly product knowledge and monthly soft-skill training sessions.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure 100% safety protocol adherence and submit detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in operations management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP, POS, and CRM systems and data analysis.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, project management, and high emotional intelligence.
