Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Mid-Level Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will support senior management, supervise staff, and ensure smooth coordination across all departments while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest needs and resolving complaints promptly.
- Supervise, train, and support staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
- Monitor room occupancy, bookings, and revenue performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations across all departments.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and inventory management processes.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Step in to handle operational issues and make decisions in the absence of senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in hotel operations or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic financial management and reporting knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000
