Job summary

We are currently recruiting for the position of Operations Officer to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination between clients, chefs, and internal departments, and requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, communication skills, and operational discipline.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • The Operations Officer will be responsible for:
  • Receiving client briefs and job information from the Admin team
  • Assigning chefs based on service type and client requirements
  • Ensuring accurate communication of all client job details (time, location, dietary needs, and special instructions)
  • Coordinating and distributing daily schedules to relevant internal teams
  • Managing residential chef assignments and weekly allocations of jobs
  • Ensuring proper job handover to Customer Support, including client and scheduling details
  • Liaising with the Admin team on client updates and operational changes
  • Overseeing smooth execution of all assigned jobs (Service Types: Testing services; Daily Jobs which include Date Night services, Catering Events, Kitchen/Event Chef services; Alase services; Residential Chef services; Private Dining; and Large-Scale Events such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, corporate catering, and other hospitality events)
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of assignments through job briefs
  • Ensuring all client and operational information required for execution is complete, accurate, and properly communicated to chefs for seamless service delivery
  • Monitoring client handovers and verifying the accuracy of all job information
  • Ensuring chef confirmation of assigned job details before execution
  • Resolving operational issues relating to scheduling and chef availability


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in restaurant operations, hospitality management, or food service coordination (MANDATORY)
  • Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and client and chef management
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Experience working with chefs, restaurants, or catering operations is highly preferred
