Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments
- Ensure coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Maintenance
- Monitor service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Handle operational issues and guest complaints
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations
- Monitor staff performance, productivity, and manpower requirements
- Prepare operational reports and management updates
- Support revenue growth and efficient resource utilization
- Lead operational meetings and staff briefings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel operations management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
