Responsibilities:
- Serves as the link between management, clients, and field personnel
- Ensuring that security operations run smoothly, risks are minimized, and contractual obligations are met at all times.
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all security operations to ensure effective service delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Managing security personnel, supervising deployments and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the Operations Department of a reputable security company
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in training and retraining security guards
- High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related tools
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, assess, and deploy security personnel effectively
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet operational deadlines
- Proven capacity to work independently with minimal or no supervision
- Innovative, dynamic, and proactive in problem-solving and operational planning
- Purpose-driven and result-oriented, with a strong focus on service excellence
- Excellent team leadership and coordination skills
