Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the link between management, clients, and field personnel
• Ensuring that security operations run smoothly, risks are minimized, and contractual obligations are met at all times.
• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all security operations to ensure effective service delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Managing security personnel, supervising deployments and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the Operations Department of a reputable security company
  
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in training and retraining security guards
  
• High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related tools
  
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, assess, and deploy security personnel effectively
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet operational deadlines
  
• Proven capacity to work independently with minimal or no supervision
  
• Innovative, dynamic, and proactive in problem-solving and operational planning
  
• Purpose-driven and result-oriented, with a strong focus on service excellence
  
• Excellent team leadership and coordination skills
