The ideal candidate will ensure that all kitchen and field operations runs seamlessly, source new sales locations, manage facility maintenance, ensure production & sales targets are met and inventory is properly managed in the kitchen and mobile kitchen; act as a central point of coordination between the Management, Culinary Team, Quality Assurance, and Sales team to ensure that food is produced, transported, and sold safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and business objectives.

This role requires both hands-on operational leadership, technical know-how and field-based oversight, with a strong focus on innovation, operational efficiency, inventory control, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.

SALARY: 300,000


Responsibilities

SECTION 1: Operations, Inventory, Logistics & Resource Management

• Oversee daily operations at the production kitchen and all mobile kitchen units, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

  • Provide operational bi-weekly and monthly reports

• Collaborate closely with the Culinary/Production Lead to align production schedules, menu execution, portion control, and quality standards with operational capabilities.

• Ensure production schedule are met while maintaining consistency, food quality, and food safety requirements.

• Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact production, or sales performance.

• Manage inventory levels for ingredients, packaging supplies, and mobile kitchen supplies.

• Coordinate procurement, storage, and distribution of materials between the production kitchen and mobile kitchens.

• Monitor waste, yields, and resource utilization to improve efficiency and control costs.

• Coordinate production staff, mobile kitchen staff, contractors and field personnel.

• Provide on-site leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate operational input into new processes, menu launches, and expansion efforts.

• Support additional company initiatives that drive business growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.

 

SECTION 2: Mobile Kitchen & Sales Operations

• Source and coordinate new sales locations, events, and operating stations for mobile kitchens in collaboration with leadership.

• Supervise sales representatives and cashier activities to ensure operational readiness, proper setup, customer service excellence, and adherence to food safety standards.

• Ensure mobile kitchens are properly stocked, equipped, and staffed for daily operations and special events.

• Support sales initiatives by providing operational insight that improves speed of service, product availability, and customer experience.


SECTION 3: Quality Assurance & Food Safety Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure strict adherence to food safety programs, SOPs, GMPs, and sanitation standards across both production and mobile operations.

• Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly when food safety or quality issues are identified.

• Reinforce food safety culture through daily oversight, coaching, and staff accountability.

• Support internal audits, inspections, and regulatory visits as needed.

 

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in this role or a related field.

• Proven experience in operations management in food service, hospitality, catering, or similar roles

• Strong knowledge of food production management and hygiene standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage operations across multiple locations and field environments.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced, and field-based role.
