Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Audit existing business workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and re-engineer processes to eliminate waste, reduce turnaround times, and boost productivity.
• Act as the primary troubleshooter for operational roadblocks, resolving escalated issues swiftly to keep projects and daily tasks moving without disruption.
• Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics for departments and team members, tracking progress and driving accountability.
• Bridge communication gaps between different departments (e.g., finance, logistics, customer service, and sales) to ensure seamless collaboration and shared goal alignment.
• Oversee the efficient distribution of company resources, tools, and personnel to match fluctuating operational demands.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Draft, implement, and update comprehensive SOPs to ensure operational consistency, smooth onboarding, and high quality control across all business units.
• Continuous Improvement: Research industry best practices, automation tools, and management methodologies to continuously modernize the company's operating infrastructure.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field (an MBA or professional management certification is an added advantage).
• A minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in operations management, process engineering, or project management, with a demonstrable track record of troubleshooting complex bottlenecks and scaling systems.
• Advanced proficiency in productivity tools, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, or Jira), and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with business automation tools and workflow mapping methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile principles).
