Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth property management.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff across all departments.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality, hotel, or serviced apartment management.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 500,000 Monthly
Location: Ijaiye/Ojokoro, Lagos
