Job summary

We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Operations Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end operations of the spa and salon brands. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong eye for detail and a track record of building high-performing service teams in a hospitality or wellness environment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the spa and salon outlets, ensuring consistently high service standards
  • Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations
  • Manage and motivate frontline teams, including therapists, stylists, front desk, and support staff
  • Monitor revenue performance, control costs, and drive profitability across the portfolio
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and inventory oversight for consumables and equipment
  • Coordinate scheduling, staffing levels, and workforce planning to meet service demands.
  • Resolve escalated client complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Produce regular operational reports for senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and recommendations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a spa, salon, hospitality, or similar service environment
  • Demonstrable experience leading multi-location or multi-unit operations
  • Strong people management and team development skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Financially literate with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Proficient in scheduling and operations management tools/software
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail


Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 350,000
