Operations Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Operations Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end operations of the spa and salon brands. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong eye for detail and a track record of building high-performing service teams in a hospitality or wellness environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the spa and salon outlets, ensuring consistently high service standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations
- Manage and motivate frontline teams, including therapists, stylists, front desk, and support staff
- Monitor revenue performance, control costs, and drive profitability across the portfolio
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and inventory oversight for consumables and equipment
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing levels, and workforce planning to meet service demands.
- Resolve escalated client complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Produce regular operational reports for senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is preferred
- 3 – 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a spa, salon, hospitality, or similar service environment
- Demonstrable experience leading multi-location or multi-unit operations
- Strong people management and team development skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Financially literate with experience managing budgets and P&L
- Proficient in scheduling and operations management tools/software
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 350,000
