Job summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the company's day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, customer service, staff performance, and operational strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities across all departments.
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment processes.
- Supervise order processing, packaging, and delivery operations.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.
- Lead, train, and motivate operational staff.
- Improve workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage operational budgets and cost-control initiatives.
- Resolve operational challenges and customer service escalations.
- Support business expansion and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in operations management.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, supermarket, grocery, logistics, or supply chain operations is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing business operations.
- Strong understanding of operations management principles.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Exceptional leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 400,000
