Responsibilities:
- Ensure every apartment is physically ready before check-in.
- Conduct random quality audits on units before and after stays.
- Supervise cleaners and maintenance vendors.
- Ensure security is informed of arrivals and departures.
- Handle incidents related to safety or access.
- Replace underperforming vendors.
- Escalate operational risks to management promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSC.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
