Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyzing and improving workflows to reduce waste, eliminate bottlenecks, and increase overall productivity.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Managing operational budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring resources are utilized cost-effectively to drive profitability.
- Strategic Planning: Translating long-term executive objectives into actionable, measurable operational plans.
- Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and evaluating staff while also fostering cross-functional collaboration between different departments.
- Quality and Compliance: Establishing and maintaining quality control standards while ensuring all business procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Operations and Performance Management
- Must be vast in administration
- Must be able to set up a professional Operations department where none exists
- Experience with any of the following tools is an advantage:
- Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat)
- Inventory, CRM, procurement, or other business management software
- Project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp)
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, ERPNext, Zoho, SAP Business One)
