- Manage and coordinate the company's day-to-day operational activities.

- Ensure timely and effective delivery of products/services to customers.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years in an operations or supervisory/management role.
- Proven experience in managing business operations and coordinating teams.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, performance management, and business administration.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
