Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure operational efficiency
• Manage and coordinate influencer partnerships to drive platform subscriber growth
• Supervise onboarding and customer support teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Develop and implement operational systems and processes that improve productivity
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets are achieved
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives
• Analyse operational performance and recommend improvements
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, business operations, project management, or a similar leadership role
• Proven experience managing teams and improving operational performance
• Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing influencers, onboarding teams, or customer support teams is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop systems, improve processes, and drive accountability
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be based in Abuja.

Remuneration: NGN 180,000 (Performance-Based Growth)
