Job summary

A fast-growing fashion company is seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations, production, and brand execution. This role is ideal for a fashion professional who understands both the creative and operational sides of the industry and can drive efficiency, consistency, and growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all operational and creative platforms
  • Ensure cohesive visual and operational direction across digital content, collections, and campaigns
  • Develop and manage monthly operational and content calendars
  • Plan, organize, and direct photoshoots from concept to execution (moodboards, shot lists, scheduling, studio booking, creative direction)
  • Scout, select, and coordinate models for campaigns, lookbooks, fittings, and brand shoots
  • Review and approve all creative and operational assets before publication or execution
  • Supervise the development of capsule collections and new product concepts
  • Manage the full production lifecycle: sketch → tech pack → sampling → revisions → sourcing → manufacturing → QC → delivery
  • Coordinate daily with designers, pattern-makers, factories, and production partners
  • Oversee digital styling services, AI looks, avatar styling, and client design deliverables
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies including organic content, campaigns, and paid advertising
  • Analyze performance metrics, workflows, and insights to optimize brand growth
  • Identify and secure collaborations with stylists, influencers, photographers, and other fashion creatives
  • Manage customer experience for orders, preorders, inquiries, and digital service clients
  • Prepare weekly operational reports and ensure timely execution of brand tasks
  • Manage operational budgets for production, creative content, and marketing
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company intellectual property, designs, processes, and client information


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fashion operations, production management, or brand management
  • Strong understanding of fashion production processes and creative workflows
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with designers, creatives, and production partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize operations
