Our client in the e-commerce industry is seeking to hire an Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the companyās operational activities. This role involves managing processes, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that operations run efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Address any quality issues promptly and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with various departments, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure that operations are aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the resources and information they need to perform their roles effectively.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics such as productivity, efficiency, and cost management.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
- Monitor operational costs and work to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc/HNDĀ in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in an operations role, preferably in [specific industry, e.g. manufacturing, logistics, retail].
- Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using operations management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
