Your Responsibilities...
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- You will use statistical tools to identify and interpret trends in complex data sets, providing the diagnosis and predictions needed to stay ahead of the market.
- You will assign numerical values to essential business functions, allowing us to compare performance over time and across different regions.
- You will develop and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring all information is normalized, integrated, and organized in a readable format.
- You will monitor and report on team KPIs and metrics, ensuring everyone is aligned with our overarching performance goals.
Operational Support & Process Improvement
- You will monitor store operations both remotely and physically to ensure BrandCo's high standards are being upheld across all locations.
- You will assist the Operations Manager in executing daily tasks, ensuring activities stay within allotted budgets and timelines.
- You will collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to identify process gaps and devise new data governance strategies.
- You will conduct regular operational reviews and audits to ensure preventive maintenance and long-term sustainability.
Strategic Reporting & Technology
- You will prepare detailed reports for management that highlight local, national, and global trends impacting the fashion retail industry.
- You will test and implement new or upgraded software, assisting with strategic decisions on which systems will best serve the company's future.
- You will train end-users on new reports and dashboards, ensuring that every team member can leverage the data you provide.
What Success Looks Like...
- Maintaining a 100% quality assurance rate for all imported data and internal reporting.
- Identifying at least three major cost-saving or revenue-boosting opportunities per year through deep-dive analysis.
- Reducing the "time-to-report" for key business metrics, allowing for faster leadership response to market shifts.
- Achieving full alignment with brand standards across all stores through regular, data-backed audits.
To be considered for this role you should have...
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or a related field (An MSc is a strong advantage).
- At least 3 years of experience in a structured data management or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, or R) and statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, or SAS).
- Experience in database management and the ability to manage large-scale data systems.
- Relevant certifications in Data Management or attending industry conferences.
