Job summary

Our client in the emergency services / health-tech sector is seeking an Operations & Admin Manager who will oversee daily operations, administrative systems, and process optimization to ensure efficiency and compliance across the organization.

Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Working Hours: Full Time - Full Time

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain operational SOPs and compliance
  • Manage inventory, assets, and procurement
  • Oversee vendors and budgets
  • Deliver operational reports and dashboards
  • Drive process improvements and automation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations/admin roles
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Healthcare experience is an advantage


Benefits:

  • Remuneration: NGN 400,000 (net)
  • Conversion to full staff after contract
