We are looking to hire an Operational and Performance Manager to join our amazing team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all units
- Supervise the admin and maintenance teams
- Monitor guest experience and service quality across locations
- Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and resolve escalations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and enforce accountability
- Track and report KPIs across departments
- Implement SOPs for operations and guest management
- Support recruitment, training, and team motivation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field
- 2–3 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager within the hospitality industry
- Preferred age range: 30 to 45 years
- Residency in or around Yaba, Victoria Island, or Lagos Island is an added advantage
- Proficiency in performance tracking tools is a plus.

Salary: NGN300,000
