Job summary
The Operations / Account Officer is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and reporting the financial transactions of the company’s daily operational activities involving clients, vendors, and internal teams. The candidate will be dealing with both Administrative and financial-related activities of the company.

Responsibilities:
Operational Monitoring & Coordination:
- Monitor daily operational activities to ensure the timely execution of assigned projects and services.
- Coordinate work schedules and deliverables between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Track progress against agreed timelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance benchmarks.
Client Liaison & Relationship Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients on operational and technical matters.
- Communicate project status updates, operational issues, and resolutions to clients.
- Ensure client requirements and specifications are properly understood and implemented.
Vendor & Contractor Management:
- Coordinate vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with the agreed scope of work.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality of service, and adherence to timelines.
- Validate vendor deliverables, invoices, and supporting documents before submission for payment.
Technical Oversight:
- Provide technical support and supervision for ongoing operations and projects.
- Ensure operational activities comply with technical standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational risks and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, communications, approvals, and deliverables.
- Document operational issues, resolutions, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Compliance & Process Improvement:
- Ensure all operational activities comply with contractual obligations and internal control procedures.
- Support audits, inspections, and management reviews by providing required operational data.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
- IT and communication skills
