- Act as the execution arm of the CEO, translating strategic vision into measurable action across the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years in operations or technical management roles
- Strong technical acumen—fluent in development concepts, tools, and methodologies
- Proficiency with Asana for project management and team coordination
- Proven experience leading teams of 3+ professionals
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions under pressure
- Track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Experience bridging technical and business requirements
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced decision-making
